It was announced this morning that Ryan Blaney, the eighteen-year-old son of Dave Blaney, will be joining the Penske Racing family, effective immediately.  Ryan will be racing in at least three Nationwide Series races in the No. 22 Dodge this season:  Iowa Speedway, Richmond International Raceway, and Kentucky Speedway.  This means that Ryan will be sharing the No. 22 seat with Parker Kligerman and Brad Keselowski; both of whom have had success in the car.

Previously this year, Ryan has made three Nationwide Series starts with Tommy Baldwin Racing; his best finish coming at Richmond, where he crossed the Start/Finish line in the seventh position.

The best of luck to Ryan as he embarks on a new step in his NASCAR career.
