Two Year Anniversary: A Special Thank You

Two years ago today I was sitting home trying to avoid my homework (yes, my high school gives us homework over the summer) and came up with the idea to start a NASCAR blog.  Little did I know that The NASCAR Corner would turn into what it is today.

Almost seventy thousand views is definitely not what I anticipated when I started the blog.  I expected to write on here every now and then just to express my opinion, but we know how that ended up.  People from all around the world read this blog and no one understands how happy that makes me.  When people tell me that they want to meet me at a track because they love my blog, I honestly find it the craziest thing ever.  I mean really; I'm a teenage girl from New York who just so happens to write about NASCAR, I'm nothing special; however, it makes me feel good that people enjoy reading what I write so much that they want to meet me and sometimes I feel like I lead a Hannah Montana life:  in school, I'm the quiet and shy one who always has homework and projects done way before it's actually due and when I'm home/at a track, I'm everywhere, I wander, I talk to people, and totally outgoing. 

This blog has enabled me to meet so many great NASCAR fans, drivers, owners, television hosts, and everyone else involved in the sport, that I couldn’t imagine my life if I didn’t have this blog.  I just wanted to thank you all who read what I post on this blog - it and I would be absolutely no where without all of my readers and supporters!  All the opportunities that I've been given are all because you all help get the word out about this little blog that I lovingly call my baby.
